February 25, 2021 Update: On February 25, the Mahtomedi School Board adopted a learning model change to 100% In-Person learning for Mahtomedi Middle School and Mahtomedi High School. Click here to watch the video of the meeting and click here for the presentation slides.

Learning Model Transition Dates

March

March 15 & 16: Secondary Staff Planning Days (No School for Grades 6-12)
March 17: Blue Cohort 100% In-Person (6 Period Day). Gold Cohort distance learning at home.
March 18: Gold Cohort 100% In-Person (6 Period Day) Blue Cohort distance learning at home.
March 19: Grades 6-12 100% In-Person (6 Period Day). 

Families who wish to participate in family choice distance learning may continue to do so. Students who are quarantined due to COVID-19 will continue to receive instruction via distance learning.

February
February 1: Implementation of the Hybrid Learning Model for Grades 10 and 11 at Mahtomedi High School
February 11: Elementary Staff Planning Day (No School K-5)
February 11: Evening Conferences K-8
February 12: Staff Professional Day 6-12; K-5-Conferences (No School)
February 15: President’s Day (No School)
February 16: Implementation of 100% In-Person Learning Model for K-5 Students
February 18: Evening Conferences K-8

January 15: Elementary and Middle School Staff Planning Day (No School Grades K-5 and 6-8)
January 18: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (No School)
January 19:  Implementation of the Hybrid Learning Model for Wildwood Elementary School (K-2), O.H. Anderson Elementary School (Grades 3-5), Mahtomedi Middle School (Grades 6-8), and Grade 9 at Mahtomedi High School
January 22: End of 2nd Quarter
January 22: Middle School Staff Planning Day (No School Grades 6-8)
