Meeting Format
Please note, there are three meeting formats used during the COVID-19 pandemic for the Mahtomedi School Board meetings.

• In-Person: If In-Person is noted, members and presenters will participate in the meeting in-person. Seats for members of the public will be based on room capacity and social distancing. Face masks are required for all attendees.
• Hybrid: If Hybrid is noted, members and presenters will participate in the meeting virtually and in-person. Seats for members of the public will be based on room capacity and social distancing. Face masks are required for all attendees.
• Virtual: If virtual is noted, the meeting is held via Zoom and there will not be in-person attendance.

Meeting Location
All school board meetings that are noted as In-Person or Hybrid are held at the Mahtomedi District Education Center, 1520 Mahtomedi Avenue, Mahtomedi, MN 55115.

Recordings 
All regular School Board meetings are recorded. The recordings are posted on the Mahtomedi Public Schools YouTube Channel. Study Sessions and committee meetings are not live-streamed or recorded*. Regular School Board meetings will be live-streamed on Zoom and the link will be posted under the viewing options section of the schedule below. 

*On occasion, School Board members may need participate remotely. In that instance, a zoom link will be published and members of the public are also welcome to access the Zoom meeting information. Study sessions are not recorded.
