With your new SchoolCafé account, you are able to set email low balance reminders, schedule automatic payments when a balance of your choosing is reached to avoid low balance phone calls, review student purchases online, view menus, and apply for free and reduced meal benefits. SchoolCafé also has a free mobile app available for use on any smart device.
 
Note: During this process parents will be asked to create a username and password to manage their account. Parents will need their child's/children's student ID number to connect them to their account.  Student ID numbers can be found on ParentVue.  New families will receive information about setting up their ParentVUE accounts in August before school starts. 
 
 

Educational Benefits Form (Free & Reduced Application)


Pursuant to United States Code, title 42, section 1758(b)(6)(A), the Department of Education shall enter into an agreement with the Department of Human Services to share the eligibility information provided by each school for the limited purpose of identifying children who may be eligible for medical assistance or MinnesotaCare. Parents must contact the school district in writing if they choose not to have this information disclosed.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
