Prices for 2022-2023 School Year:

FREE breakfast will be provided to kindergarten students due to federal funding.
Students will be charged for seconds and a la carte items and these prices are subject to change.

A La Carte Items
Milk* = $0.55 

 
Parents may set limits on a student's account, regarding the purchase of a la carte items and seconds.
Accounts must have funds available for a la carte purchases. Once student accounts are negative, a la carte purchases are not permitted. 

*One milk (8oz) is included in the price of all meals. This price is for additional milk purchased with a meal or milk purchased separately.

Fill out an Educational Benefits Form (Free & Reduced Application) to learn if you are eligible for free meals, as well as qualifying for assistance for other school-related activities.  Applications can be filled out starting July 1st each year. A new application needs to be filled out every school year.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds to students leaving the district will be made upon receipt of a written request from the student's parent or guardian. (Email or send to Mahtomedi Public Schools, Attn: Nutrition Services Department, 1520 Mahtomedi Avenue, Mahtomedi MN  55115.)  The district Nutrition Services office will issue a check for the balance remaining in the student's account and it will be mailed to your home.
  • If a refund request is not made within one year of leaving the district, the money will be donated to the Angel Fund to assist families in need.
