I work in the Early Childhood Special Education program at Wildwood Elementary. As an ECSE teacher I work with children and their families from birth until age five. I conduct evaluations to determine if children will qualify for special education services. We provide individual services for children in their home or childcare if they are under three years of age. We provide services for children over three years of age in their preschools, in our ECSE class or on an individual basis.
As an ECSE teacher I received my graduate degree from the University of St. Thomas. I also received my certification in Autism Spectrum Disorders from the University of St. Thomas. I have worked in the Mahtomedi School District since 1992. Before that I worked at Intermediate District 287 in the Twin Cities.
